Your Responsibilities

• - Develop and implement regional facility strategies aligned with business goals
• - Lead infrastructure projects including construction, renovations, and upgrades
• - Supervise FM teams and oversee vendors and service contracts
• - Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
• - Manage facilities budget and optimize resource usage
• - Improve space utilization and real estate footprint
• - Promote sustainability and emergency preparedness initiatives
• - Evaluate FM performance and deliver improvement reports

What You Bring

• - 5 years minimum experience in facilities or real estate operations leadership
• - Strong knowledge of FM budgeting, planning, and vendor management
• - Expertise in regulatory compliance, safety, and sustainability
• - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
