The Opportunity
Cochlear has an opportunity, based on a 14-month secondment/fixed term contract, for a Regional EMEA Transformation & Change Lead. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between the global Amplify Change Management program and regional business units, ensuring successful ‘Go Live’ readiness, adoption, and sustained benefits realization.
Key Responsibilities:
Localise and execute the global change strategy for the EMEA region, developing and delivering the regional change plan across key workstreams (Forecast to Plan, Plan to Inventory, Offer to Cash, Record to Report)
Engage and align regional executives and country managers to sponsor and role-model change
Develop and implement regional communication and engagement plans to support local leadership
Conduct regional readiness assessments, highlight risks, and drive mitigation actions
Drive end-user adoption through contextualized training and role-based support
Tailor global communications for regional relevance and coordinate delivery of learning and capability-building activities
Identify and manage regional change risks and adoption challenges, escalating critical issues and sharing lessons learned
About You

Proven experience in change leadership and Program Implementation, ideally in large-scale global projects
Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across cultures and senior stakeholders

Business acumen with a deep understanding of regional business dynamics and processes
