Position: Regional Director Project Delivery
Reporting: Director, Project Delivery Operations, APAC

What you will do
Lead and oversee the operations related to HVAC/IR, Security, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Fire Safety across the region, ensuring flawless project execution, operational excellence, and achieving financial performance targets. Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, foster team development, and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with the company’s overarching business goals.
How You Will Do it:
Strategic Leadership: Define, implement, and continuously refine programs that enhance system installation processes, focusing on maximizing efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards, and elevating customer satisfaction across Controls, Fire, and Security domains
Operational Excellence: Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, fostering alignment and collaboration across field operations, project management, engineering, and other critical functions to ensure the seamless execution of projects
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, effectively resolve operational challenges, and escalate critical issues to executive leadership as needed to maintain project integrity.
Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to standardize installation practices, streamline workflows, and incorporate best-in-class methodologies in field operations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Technology Enablement: Champion the adoption of cutting-edge tools and digital solutions to improve installation efficiency, enabling field teams to deliver innovative systems that meet or exceed client expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with field leadership, commercial teams, and other functional groups to ensure strategic alignment with business priorities, enhance communication, and achieve project objectives collectively.
Executive Engagement: Regularly present strategic initiatives, innovative solutions, and performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring accountability among stakeholders for delivering measurable outcomes and driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What we look for
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related fields) is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Over 20 years of extensive experience in the construction and building technologies industries managing Project Portfolio P&L , with a minimum of 10 years in leadership roles focusing on HVAC/IR, Security, BMS, or Fire Safety operations.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or an equivalent certification is highly preferred
Skills: Advanced proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera, coupled with strong capabilities in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, enabling effective project tracking and reporting.
Attributes: A strategic thinker with a strong ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization, results-driven, and prepared to travel extensively to support project needs and client engagements.
