The Regional Manager is responsible for leading the growth, development, and performance of a high-producing insurance agency location. This role combines leadership, recruiting, training, community engagement, and personal production to build a thriving team prepared for ROY and AEP success.

Job Description

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading the growth, development, and performance of a high-producing insurance agency location. This role combines leadership, recruiting, training, community engagement, and personal production to build a thriving team prepared for ROY and AEP success.

The Regional Manager develops new agents, drives recruiting pipelines, leads Medicare educational events, builds referral and community partnerships, and ensures both personal and team sales goals are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing training systems, maintaining weekly accountability rhythms, hosting community events, managing relationships with independent living communities, and developing four or more active agents for AEP readiness.

The Regional Manager models excellence by producing 10 apps/month during ROY and 10 apps/week during AEP while fostering a culture of growth, service, and professionalism.

Through strong leadership, clear communication, and consistent action, this position plays a central role in expanding the agency, elevating team performance, and serving seniors with excellence.
