The Regional Director of Health Center Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of PPPSW health centers. This role is responsible for the overall operations, performance, and success of assigned sites, ensuring each center is high-functioning and delivering exceptional care and service. The Regional Director leads initiatives focused on operational effectiveness, staff engagement, patient experience, change management, and the development of strong health center leadership teams.
They are accountable for meeting health center goals by advocating for necessary resources, managing budgets and expenses, leveraging existing systems and tools, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners across the organization.
This position requires regular travel to Riverside County health centers—visiting each health center at least twice per month, and more frequently as needed—to work directly with center leadership and staff in support of both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic objectives.
