Regional Director - Heritage

Job Description

Heritage is expanding our executive leadership team and hiring a Regional Director to join the Heritage family in the greater Baltimore area.

Heritage currently represents 19 rooftops and more than 1,300 employees, making this a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role with one of the region’s premier automotive dealership groups. The Regional Director will lead and manage dealership operations across a portfolio of stores in the greater Baltimore area.

Must be a local Baltimore resident or a Baltimore resident on first day of employment.

This position is an executive level management in dealership setting and only the VERY BEST applicants, who want to make a difference in the automotive industry, will be considered.

Qualifications:

• Must be a local Baltimore resident or a Baltimore resident on first day of employment.
• Stability with a multi franchise dealer group in automotive management role  
• Proven long term track record of multi franchise success 
• Proven ability to maximize productivity, customer service and profitability
• Proficient knowledge of automotive management systems
• Must have a sense of time management and be detail oriented
• Self-Motivated with high level of initiative and ability to work in a team
• Maintain valid driver's license; Must be insurable
