In this regional leadership role, you will oversee multiple sites, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and local regulatory frameworks.
The role coordinates a team of Installation Managers located in multiple locations of the region.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring regional operational success, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving strategic improvements that support business growth. As Regional Director, you will be a key contributor to the organization’s performance in two strategic markets: Europe and Sub‑Saharan Africa and CSI.

As the Regional Director for Europe and Sub‑Saharan Africa (EU & SSA, CSI), you will ensure the successful delivery of customer requirements within agreed parameters, securing a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will lead the development of the annual operational plan for your region, aligning business priorities with customer commitments, while driving continuous improvement across products, processes, and ways of working.
As Regional Director for Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa (EU & SSA, CSI) , you will be responsible for:
Building long-term and solid relationships with our Customers to support their business requirements.
Identifying, coordinating, and collaborating with team members to drive I&C projects execution bringing value to our customers.
Developing, delivering, and leading projects reviews with customers, executive leadership, and team.
Leading and guiding regional team in complex operations interacting with disciplines stakeholders.
Demonstrating good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
Engineering degree.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management & Site Operations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in leading teams in EPC/ Oil and Gas Industry.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Exposure to work in a very dynamic environment.
Ability to manage critical situations during I&C projects execution.
