Notes to applicants:
Dimensional sees great value from collaborating in our offices and appreciates the benefits of flexibility. Most roles fit our office-first hybrid approach: We are together on our campuses Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and have the choice to work in the office or remotely, depending on what is best for that work day, on Mondays and Fridays. This approach maximizes in-person collaboration and interaction while simultaneously providing flexibility and applies to most roles globally with a few exceptions that require more or less time in the office. Please discuss with your Recruiter to confirm the details for this specific role.
Resumes and portfolios (when applicable) are required as part of your application. When applying from a mobile device or tablet, you may not be able to attach a resume. If you cannot include an attachment at the time of your application, you will receive a follow up email asking you to attach your resume from a computer.
Here at Dimensional, we strive to be an inclusive workplace for all. Even if you do not match every qualification listed, if you are interested in who we are, what we do, and why we do it, we suggest and encourage you to apply.

If you require reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, or otherwise participating in the employee selection process, such accommodation is available upon request.
Regional Director, Financial Institutions Group EMEA
The Financial Institutions Group (FIG) works with clients and prospects around the world to develop broader and deeper relationships with Dimensional. By partnering closely with the Global Client Group (GCG) and firm resources, FIG is responsible for creating, managing, and enhancing key initiatives to reflect the existing and prospective relationships that other financial institutions have with the firm. Specifically, the team focuses on strategic engagement, knowledge sharing, and commercial alignment on key growth priorities. FIG strives to be a proactive, flexible, and forward-looking partner to the business and for our clients.
To be successful, FIG Regional Directors (RD) must have a solid foundational knowledge of investments, capital markets and asset allocation theory. The ability to discuss Dimensional’s sophisticated investment solutions is critical to working with and influencing decision makers for the industry's largest platforms. Just as important, the Regional Director must have a global growth mindset, strong business development initiative, client service orientation, and understand the complex issues and challenges platforms face.
While the FIG culture is very much team-centric, a large portion of the work is self-directed and requires an individual who can work independently under tight time constraints and evolving priorities. Professionalism, integrity, and executive presence are critical given the position will have frequent interaction with senior leadership (internally and externally).
Role Purpose:
The FIG RD will serve as the senior UK-based FIG leader, reporting to the Global Head of FIG (U.S.) responsible for driving asset growth, platform penetration, and strategic intermediary relationships across the EMEA domiciled markets. The role acts as a critical conduit between regional market execution and global FIG strategy, ensuring that global priorities are translated into effective, locally relevant outcomes.
This position carries senior commercial accountability, significant internal influence, and direct exposure to global executive leadership. The RD will oversee the firm’s most scalable distribution intermediary clients and prospects—including platforms, DFMs, and model portfolio providers—while providing strategic insight on market structure, competitive dynamics, and evolving intermediary buying behavior.
