About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Regional Content & Creative Lead to shape how ShopBack shows up across our marketing ecosystem. You’ll own the content & creative stream within Online Marketing (OM) – working alongside our MarTech and OM leads – with a strong focus on creator-led, short-form video and UGC-style performance creatives across Meta and TikTok, while also driving static, rich media, and other creative formats across channels (e.g. social, CRM, onsite, display, partner assets).

This is not a pure “strategy” or “deck-making” role – you’ll be deep in the work: scripting, shooting, editing, designing, iterating, and then scaling what works across markets through playbooks, toolkits, creator programs, and over time building and mentoring a small but high-performing creative pod around you.
