The vacant position is within the Consumer division of Nilfisk who services consumers through off- and on-line channels predominantly in Europe. The main product lines are high-pressure washers and vacuum cleaners.

Your new team

You will be part of the Consumer Marketing team. The consumer marketing function is based as a central function at headquarters in Denmark where the global strategies and campaigns are developed. This is combined with regional marketing hubs which manage the local execution of these strategies and local campaigns.

You will be a part of a team of 5 members. As a team, we value team spirit, supporting and learning from each other, all while having fun at work.

This role is based in Madrid where the main part of our marketing team is based. The team in Madrid works hybrid meaning that there is the option of working from home a few days a week.

Execution focused marketing specialist – your role

This is the right job for you if you are a marketing specialist looking to develop your professional, and personal growth within consumer goods in an international organization.

Your key tasks:

  • Coordinate and execute campaigns with local sales managers and local chains and report on results.
  • Coordinate and execute chain fairs/events and produce specific chain related marketing material.
  • Updating of the local website/webshop of the regional hub.
  • Coordinate translations of marketing materials for the hub.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers such as printers and marketing agencies.
  • Produce local promotional materials for instore activation for your region.
  • Support Ecommerce team on influencer marketing
  • Supporting our small volume markets Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Turkey

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have +5 years of experience within marketing and a relevant academic background. As you will be working closely with various stakeholders you need to be fluent both in writing and in speech in both French and English. If you also speak German that will be a plus.

Furthermore, we imagine that you have a strong passion for consumer engagement with a creative and innovative mindset. You are self-driven and understand the dynamics of working in a matrix organization. Additionally, we imagine that you have experience working in consumer marketing, ideally within the consumer goods industry. Finally, we imagine that you have great problem-solving skills and that you thrive in an environment where you must manage several projects at the same time.
