Title: Regional Client Experience Marketing Director, Digital Insurance, LLC dba OneDigital (19200 Stevens Creek Blvd., Suite 110, Cupertino, CA 95014)

Duties:

  • Regional Client Experience Marketing Strategy Leadership: Develop and drive the overall vision for regional client experience marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market-specific needs. Define and implement long-term strategies that enhance client engagement, retention, and revenue growth, while positioning the company as a leader in client experience excellence.
  • Strategic Partnership & Client Retention: Lead the development of high-impact client retention strategies in collaboration with senior leadership, sales, and marketing teams. Leverage market data, client insights, and competitive analysis to proactively refine engagement strategies, improve client satisfaction, and enhance long-term client relationships.
  • Executive-Level RFP Strategy & Business Development Support: Oversee the strategic direction of RFP development, ensuring a compelling and differentiated approach that strengthens the Digital Insurance’s positioning. Partner with senior business leaders to craft winning proposals that address client challenges, showcase thought leadership and drive new business opportunities.
  • Brand Governance & Organizational Alignment: Establish and enforce brand standards to maintain consistency and professionalism across all client-facing materials and interactions. Serve as a key advisor to regional leaders, ensuring alignment between local marketing initiatives and corporate brand identity while fostering a culture of brand advocacy within the organization.
  • Regional Event Marketing Strategy & Oversight: Provide executive leadership for regional event marketing, setting strategic priorities that enhance client engagement and support business growth. Define success metrics, oversee budget allocation, and ensure events drive measurable business impact while maintaining alignment with overall corporate objectives.
  • Client Experience (CX) Program Innovation & Execution: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive CX programs that enhance brand awareness, client engagement, and loyalty. Define success metrics, integrate best practices, and implement scalable marketing campaigns that deliver an exceptional and differentiated client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Customer Journey & Lifecycle Strategy: Architect and oversee a data-driven, end-to-end customer journey strategy that optimizes touchpoints across the entire client lifecycle. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance onboarding, engagement, renewal, and advocacy, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and business success.
  • Client Feedback, Data Insights & Continuous Improvement: Establish and oversee a structured approach to gathering, analyzing, and acting on client feedback. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform high-level decision-making, refine client engagement strategies, and drive continuous improvement in client experience initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing regional client experience marketing team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and career development opportunities. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering professional growth within the team.
  • Executive Reporting & Thought Leadership: Serve as a key advisor to senior executives by providing data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and reporting on regional marketing initiatives. Represent the organization’s commitment to client experience excellence through participation in industry events, thought leadership, and executive-level communications.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business administration with concentration in marketing or closely related plus 2 years’ experience as marketing manager (or any occupation where required experience may be gained) managing Digital Insurance’s RFP process and developing tailored presentations, creating targeted marketing initiatives based on Digital Insurance’s products and service offerings for long-term customer engagements, renewals and reducing customer churn. The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $145,000.00 to $154,586 per year.   

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
