Position Summary
You will lead commercial efforts for the Infinus region in India, guiding a small field team to build strong customer relationships and deliver measurable business results. You will work closely with cross-functional partners including medical, marketing, market access and operations. We value leaders who coach, listen, learn and act with integrity. Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a regional sales team to meet engagement and commercial targets.
- Create and implement local sales plans that align with national strategy and measurable goals.
- Use customer insights and sales data to prioritise accounts, drive actions and improve team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with medical, market access, marketing and operations to deliver integrated plans.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or account management.
- At least 1 year experience leading, coaching or mentoring a team.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets or delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and experience using CRM or sales data to inform decisions.
- Right to work in India and willingness to travel within the region.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience working in hospital or specialty care settings.
- Prior first-line sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in new product launch planning and execution.
- Familiarity with the Indian healthcare system and local stakeholder landscape.
- Comfortable using digital tools and analytics to drive decision making.
- Additional language skills relevant to the local region.
