The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the commercial and launch readiness activities for the biosimilars portfolio across MEAP, Türkiye and CIS. The role ensures alignment with Global strategy, supports affiliates in executing market-appropriate launch plans, and drives cross-functional coordination to enable successful, timely, and competitive biosimilar launches in the region.
This position acts as the key commercial integrator between affiliates, regional functions, and Global Brand Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy & Planning
Lead regional planning for biosimilar launches, ensuring alignment with global strategy and adapting to local market dynamics.
Develop and maintain the regional brand strategy, including positioning, competitive response, and value messaging.
Consolidate market insights across MEAP, Türkiye & CIS to inform global teams and shape strategic direction.
Affiliate Support & Execution Excellence
Support affiliates in developing robust launch plans, ensuring clarity of priorities, timelines, and KPIs.
Guide tactical execution, performance management, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
Drive consistency in launch execution across countries while respecting market-specific needs.
Facilitate capability-building and best-practice sharing across the region.
Cross Functional Leadership
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, and Legal to ensure end-to-end launch readiness.
Coordinate regional inputs into global planning and ensure affiliates are equipped with compliant promotional and educational tools.
Strengthen biosimilar awareness and adoption by enabling aligned, cross-functional execution.
Performance Monitoring & Market Development
Track brand performance, market trends, competitor actions, and adoption barriers across countries.
Identify opportunities to accelerate uptake and propose region-wide initiatives.
Ensure timely reporting of launch status, KPIs, risks, contingencies, and success metrics.
Regional Representation & Communication
Serve as the primary regional commercial contact to Global Brand Teams.
Communicate regional needs, insights, and challenges to influence global strategy, evidence generation, and resourcing.
Ensure clear, consistent communication across affiliates and regional functions.
