Regional Account Manager III, Multi-Life

As a Multi-Life Regional Account Manager III, you will play a critical role in managing key client relationships and delivering exceptional service within Guardian’s Multi-Life team. This position will begin with a primary focus on Multi-Life Disability, and over time, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your expertise to include Life products, broadening your skillset and career growth.

You Will

  • Act as the overall relationship manager throughout the lifecycle of a case—from implementation through successful delivery of service administration for key Multi-Life accounts.

  • Design and execute innovative, technology-driven enrollment strategies while balancing inventory and capacity needs with risk management strategies.

  • Partner with sales, service, and technology teams, brokers, clients, and other members of the Multi-Life department to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Manage critical relationships (both employer and producer) with strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

  • Collaborate across teams to evolve Multi-Life products for new audiences.

  • Become an expert user of key systems including administrative tools, online enrollment, and execution.

  • Support key Multi-Life projects during development and/or testing phases.

  • Demonstrate self-awareness and embrace feedback for continuous improvement.

You Have

  • 3–5 years of Account Management experience, Insurance industry experience is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to quickly learn technology.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.

  • Independent problem-solving and service recovery capabilities.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to anticipate and exceed customer needs.

  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and inspire change.

  • Knowledge of the Multi-Life marketplace is a plus.

Location

This role is hybrid, 3 days a week in office in our Bethlehem, PA or Pittsfield, MA offices.

Salary Range:

$68,970.00 - $113,310.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
