A Typical Day:

As a Regional Access Senior Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute regional market access strategies aligned with national objectives.

  • Build relationships with payers and stakeholders to enhance access opportunities.

  • Lead pricing negotiations and manage tenders to secure optimal outcomes.

  • Leverage HEOR data to demonstrate product value and cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and strategic initiatives.

  • Monitor market trends and regulations to inform strategic decisions.

To Be Considered:

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 8–10 years of experience in Market Access within the pharmaceutical sector, with expertise in HTA submissions, pricing, and tender management. Strong experience devising and implementing market access strategies and achieving exceptional results for products. This is field based role. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or MSc), experience in oncology/hematology are preferred.
