Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement integrated strategies for healthcare environment shaping and regional access, aligned with Country Organization (CO) priorities.
• Lead and mentor HSMs and RCAMs, ensuring effective collaboration and performance management.
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management: idealization, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure at hospital & regional level.
• Build and maintain relationships with key relevant stakeholders (healthcare providers, payers and technology partners)
• Ensure strategy & execution of local access conditions in alignment with national value & access strategy.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions, including digital tools and new partnership models.
• Oversee pricing policy contributions, tender coordination, and compliance with Czech regulations.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare executive summaries, and report progress to senior leadership.
Essential Requirements:
• Relevant University degree
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing at senior levels
• Fluent in English and Czech with outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities
