Main Duties:
- Independent refunding of Global Blue Tax Free Forms in compliance with the appropriate country rules or the guidelines given by Global blue (Refund Manual, Refund Software REX, Security Manual,
- Responsibility of cash (cash refunding in various currencies if offered at appropriate airport.
- Fraud Prevention and security implementation together with responsible Refund Manager/Airport manager
- Statistics nature after guidance of the Refund Manager/Airport Manager
- Observing policies and procedures after guidance of the Refund Manager/Airport Manager
Education and Experience:
- Experience in direct customer contacts
- Experience and willingness to work shifts (also weekends and public holidays)
- Experience in cash handling at the point of sale
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written), additional language skills as an advantage
- Basic knowledge of common software (word,excel)
