The Work:
Navigate department-specific referral algorithms to optimize patient care
Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients, and medical staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Process referral authorizations and pre-certifications with precision and efficiency
Collaborate with clinical/administrative staff, patients, and payers to initiate authorization requests
Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvements in patient experience, access, and overall efficiency
You Have:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and support skills
Flexibility and the ability to shift priorities quickly
Strong attention to detail
