As a Recruitment Specialist at our staffing agency based in Switzerland, you will play a key role in managing the entire recruitment process for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality service and meeting the specific needs of each client. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with external recruiters based abroad, providing them with daily support, training, and performance tracking to optimize their productivity.
How you will make a difference:
Managing the Recruitment Process:
Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs in detail.
Write and post job advertisements tailored to the specific requirements of the positions.
Conduct thorough searches to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews with pre-selected candidates and assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration with External Recruiters:
Supervise, train, and provide ongoing support to external recruiters based abroad in executing their tasks.
Define and implement clear performance objectives (KPIs) for the external recruiters.
Monitor the daily performance of external recruiters, ensuring they meet quality and deadline standards.
Provide regular feedback and organize continuous training sessions to improve their skills and effectiveness.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients.
Tailor recruitment solutions to meet the clients’ evolving needs and expectations.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
Business Development:
Actively participate in prospecting new clients and expanding the agency’s portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities and propose customized recruitment services based on market needs.
What will give you an advantage:
Clear and effective communication skills are crucial for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
Previous experience managing recruitment processes fully.
Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Good negotiating skills, to negotiate offers and terms with candidates.
Strong organization skills to manage multiple candidates, schedules, and tasks.
A good understanding of the roles being recruited for, including required skills and experience
Native German speaker with good level on English (B2), French speaking is a plus
