Recruitment Specialist II

Position Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across the organization. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce by sourcing candidates, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities that align with their skills and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Post job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring visibility and reach
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and handoff to the onboarding team

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment
  • Proven success in hiring for a wide range of roles, including volume, technical, corporate, and leadership positions
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Familiarity with global hiring practices and remote workforce models
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
