As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Singapore Talent Acquisition team by identifying, engaging, and exciting candidates to join Cushman & Wakefield.

From niche, hard‑to‑fill roles to fast‑moving volume hiring, this role offers variety, pace, and real impact. You’ll be hands‑on with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline building—while creating an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to interview stage. About the Job:

  • You will source and identify potential candidates using a mix of job boards, LinkedIn, social media, recruitment campaigns, internal databases, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and repeat‑hire roles to support current and future hiring needs in Singapore.
  • Review and screen resumes and applications, identifying skills, experience, and potential fit for each role.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess capability, motivation, and cultural alignment.
  • Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure candidate information and hiring progress are accurately captured and kept up to date in the Applicant Tracking System, in compliance with PDPA requirements.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay current on new sourcing tools, recruitment trends, and best practices, actively sharing ideas to improve team outcomes.
  • Represent Cushman & Wakefield as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating our roles, values, and culture to prospective candidates.
  • Support reporting on sourcing activity and contribute to ad hoc recruitment projects and administrative tasks as needed.

About You:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment resourcing, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition, either agency or in‑house, ideally within the Singapore market.
  • Strong sourcing capability and a proactive, hands‑on approach to finding and engaging talent.
  • Comfort with technology, including LinkedIn, social media platforms, and recruitment systems.
  • Experience using Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles at once.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine passion for recruitment and candidate experience.
