The Opportunity:
We are looking for Recruitment Pipeline & Digital Tools, Specialist who is responsible for

  • Executing and driving recruitment funnel performance and digital tool adoption across assigned regions by ensuring disciplined pipeline management, actionable insights and effective use of recruitment system (iJob, ALPA)

  • Contributing to improving conversion, recruiter productivity and data visibility, supporting Quality Recruitment’s goal of delivering sustainable quality recruitment growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment pipeline management

  • Manage and track end-to-end recruitment funnel for assigned regions/channel in accordance with AIA standard

  • Monitor conversion performance and identify bottlenecks or leakage points.

  • Highlight risks and escalate issues with proposed actions to Senior Manager.

  • Coordinate with Sales/Training teams to follow up on pipeline actions and interventions.

  • Maintain disciplined tracking cadence (daily/weekly) and ensure data accuracy.

  • Support preparation of recruitment forecast and track actual vs plan.

2. Recruitment digital tools

  • Support rollout and drive adoption of recruitment digital tools (iJOB, ALPA, dashboard)

  • Monitor usage metrics and highlight gaps in adoption and effectiveness.

  • Collect user feedback and translate into clear business requirements for system enhancement.

  • Work with IT/ASD to follow up on enhancements and issue resolution.

  • Support implementation of digital initiatives (AI tools, Digital events…)

3. Performance tracking and analytics

  • Report regular recruitment performance

  • Analyze trends in funnel performance gaps and provide structured insights.

  • Support direct manager and team in preparing materials for business review

4. Stakeholder Interaction

  • Proactively identify issues, risks and improvement opportunities in pipeline performance and digital tool usage, and initiate follow up actions

  • Escalate critical issues with structured problem statements and recommended solutions rather than raw data reporting.

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution with Sales, Training and IT teams to ensure alignment on pipeline actions and system-related matters.

  • Act as reliable point of contact for field users, ensuring timely and accurate responses on recruitment process and tools

5. Mode of Execution:

  • Execute work in data driven, structured and disciplined manner, with clear tracking of tasks, timelines and outcomes

  • Apply test and learn approach in improving pipeline performance and digital adoption

  • Support cross functional initiatives by ensuring alignment between business needs and execution on the ground.

6. Role in Project/Agile

  • Act as a core execution member within project/agile squads

  • Responsible for providing reliable data inputs and insights for print planning, tracking execution progress and highlighting risks/blockers, supporting implementation and rollout of initiatives/tools

  • Work closely with Product Owner/Senior Manager to ensure initiatives are translated into actionable tasks and tracked effectively.

  • Ensure feedback loop from field à system à improvements is continuously maintained.

Requirements:

  • University graduated, in Marketing/ Finance/ Insurance or Business Management preferably.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar role (life insurance is preferred) in which 2-3 years of agency recruitment/ performance management/ sales support, internal communication, campaign management and event/contest coordination.

  • Strong analytical and data handling skills (excel, dashboard, SSBI)

  • Good coordination and communication skills.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work under tight timelines.

  • Basic understanding of digital systems, process (experience with CRM/tools is a plus)

  • Proactive and responsive working style.
