THE POSITION

We’re hiring a Recruitment & Office Coordinator to join our People & Culture team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in how we grow and support our team — driving the day-to-day coordination behind our recruitment process while helping create a welcoming, well-run space at our downtown Toronto headquarters. You are someone who thrives on variety—balancing recruitment logistics and connecting with hiring teams, while ensuring the office runs smoothly and every guest has a great experience.
