The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about storytelling, branding, and connecting people to meaningful work? As a Recruitment Marketing intern at CACI, you'll shape how top talent discovers and engages with a mission-driven company. In this hands-on role, you'll gain real-world experience and will drive innovation on our Talent Attraction team.
Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist in researching, planning, and executing talent-focused projects to enhance our recruitment efforts. This includes supporting the creation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on talent marketing best practices and industry insights to inform our strategies. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to share findings with the team.
- Data Analysis: Capture and analyze data to support informed decision-making regarding talent programs and strategies. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Outreach Planning: Contribute to the development of external marketing and internal communication plans aimed at targeted outreach. This includes writing and copywriting for various marketing materials, such as emails, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Event Support: Attend and provide support for the execution of both in-person and virtual recruiting events. Assist in the preparation of event materials, including writing event descriptions, agendas, and promotional content.
- Intern Program Participation: Engage in CACI intern program events and learning opportunities to foster professional growth and network within the organization. Contribute to intern program materials and communications as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to embrace a fast-paced environment and execute on multiple assignments with tight deadlines.
- Creativity and Innovation: Capacity to generate creative ideas and offer new solutions to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Proactive Attitude: A can-do attitude and a drive to make a significant business impact.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Desired:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Knowledge of email campaigning
- Basic graphic and video editing skills

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$39,400 - $73,500
