Key responsibilities:

  • Support Recruitment activities and deliverables.
  • Support Learning and Development activities and deliverables.
  • Day to Day coordination of pre-training administration
  • Analysis of post course evaluation survey for all trainings
  • Vendor payment management
  • Track and report all vendor and related expenses on the budget tracker

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Ensure 100% compliance of training rooms promptly cleaned and reset after each training session to prepare for subsequent use at least 24 hours after the training.
  • Ensure 100% compliance for all necessary training equipment (e.g., audiovisual equipment, computers, projectors) is operational and ready for use before the start of training sessions at least 12 hours before the start of training.
  • Ensure that training rooms are set up and ready for use at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time of training sessions.
  •  Ensure 95% closure rate on all TSM contact shared within 48hrs (recruitment)
  •  Prepare and submit post course evaluation report 48 hours after each training.
  • Submit monthly post course evaluation report for all trainings completed within the month.
  •  Prompt filling of ITF returns for each training 2 weeks before each training (3weeks for online)

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Possess a university degree, in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration and Psychology
  • Possess Less than 1 year experience in Human resource/relevant experience.
  • Be a computer expert especially in MS Word, Excel and Power point.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
  • Enthusiasm for the role and a genuine interest in HR functions.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
