In this role, you’ll operate as both a Strategic Talent Partner and a Full-Cycle Senior Recruiter, owning mid- to leadership-level hiring end‑to‑end. You’ll advise leaders, build deep talent insights, and map niche, future, and AI‑driven skills. You will also apply a strong understanding of the AI market, emerging AI capabilities, and their impact on modern workforce planning, ensuring hiring strategies remain future-ready. You’ll ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
