  • Strengthen data integrity and reporting reliability by standardizing key fields, improving metric definitions, building or refining dashboards, and enhancing forecasting visibility.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and establish working cadences to ensure recruiting systems align with evolving business priorities.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual work and streamline recruiting operations.
  • Partner with internal AI and People Tech teams to design and orchestrate intelligent workflows across recruiting platforms and connected systems.

  • Define how AI tools, LLM-based assistants, and automation interact with recruiting systems while ensuring security, compliance, and usability.
  • Evaluate emerging AI and automation tools that improve recruiter productivity and operational scale.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate tool utilization, performance, and ROI to maintain an effective recruiting technology stack.
