About the Role
The Recruiting Manager – Wealth & Asset Management leads a team of recruiters delivering complex, high‑impact hiring across Wealth Management and Asset Management businesses. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this role is accountable for recruiting performance, candidate experience, stakeholder partnership, and disciplined risk management.
This leader operates with clarity, transparency, and sound judgment, balancing speed and quality in a highly regulated environment. They foster open dialogue, inclusive decision‑making, and shared accountability while positioning Talent Acquisition as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders.
The role offers exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to drive the growth strategy of the firm.. It is a hands‑on leadership position, combining team oversight with direct involvement in complex, high‑impact hiring and critical stakeholder situations.

Salary Range:
$137,400 - 240,400 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
