Job Responsibilities
Supports the posting of job listings and applicant tracking through the Talent Portal.
Schedules interviews and assists with phone screens, candidate communications, and follow-ups.
Maintains candidate data and ensures accuracy across internal systems and reports.
Prepares recruiting materials, presentations, and onboarding documentation as needed.
Assists with weekly department reporting on open requisitions and candidate statuses.
Researches and identifies new recruiting platforms, regional talent networks, and sourcing opportunities.
Supports the team in sourcing candidates and identifying passive job seekers for open roles.
Audits and organizes the talent database to ensure information is current and complete.
Assists with the coordination of weekly recruiting meetings, including agenda creation and action tracking.
Maintains department files, applicant documentation, and recruiting archives.
Support communication with field, account, and HR teams on staffing needs and hiring updates.
Participates in internal brainstorms to develop creative recruiting tools and processes.
Learning & Development Project
Completes a recruiting project: Assists with staffing an event end-to-end; includes posting and outreach to confirmations and post-event follow-up. Must demonstrate accuracy, organization, and responsiveness throughout.
Agency Contributions
Participates in agency development programs and training opportunities.
Contributes positively to agency culture, teamwork, and collaboration.
Demonstrates professionalism and discretion with all candidate and employee information.
Accurately records time and activities in agency systems.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience: Previous internship or work experience in recruiting, HR, or marketing preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and time management with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn about talent acquisition within an agency setting.
