Job Summary:

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-growing team and help create an exceptional candidate experience. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage interview logistics, support recruiters and hiring managers across the full hiring lifecycle, and ensure every candidate has a smooth, positive experience with Qualified Health. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule & Coordinate Interviews: Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless logistics for both candidates and internal teams.

  • Candidate Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Partner Across Teams: Work closely with agency recruiters, internal recruiting team members, and hiring managers to support all stages of the hiring process.

  • ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting operations, enhance workflows, and strengthen candidate engagement.

  • Support Hiring Activities: Assist with greeting onsite candidates, employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and broader talent efforts as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse.

  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and supporting a rapidly growing team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a tech or high-growth startup company.

  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics, reporting, or data tracking.

  • Passion for building exceptional teams and elevating the candidate journey.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this role is between $90,000 and $125,000, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and full benefits.
