The Wasatch Group has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting and Onboarding Administrator to join the Human Resources team. This is an entry-level support position that will provide essential administrative support to the talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment and onboarding process for multiple companies within The Wasatch Group.
This position is an in-office position, scheduled Monday through Friday.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering inquiries.
Prepare and post job requisitions in Workday Recruiting, the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and new hire paperwork.
Administered background checks and drug screens to candidates; proficient in the HireRight pre-employment screening system.
Maintain organized recruitment files and documentation.
Review recruitment reports and analyze data as needed.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a human resources or recruiting department.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Workday's Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
