Job purpose
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems (PDS) is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Recruiter/Sourcer at our Krakow Technical Center in Poland.
In this role, you will support recruitment processes with a strong emphasis on active candidate sourcing, screening, and employer branding activities.
You will focus on Talent Acquisition, but you will also support local technical center team with other activities related to employees’ life cycle: onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation and record keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
- Review CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Publish and promote job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes in cooperation with HR team and Hiring Managers.
- Support employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting technical talent within the automotive industry.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in HR-related projects and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Additional responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, ensuring confidentiality and security.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably within technical, engineering environments.
- Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, including direct search.
- Experience working with an ATS, Workday experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluency in both English and Polish.

Recruitment process
- CV Review - Your application and CV will be reviewed to assess your qualifications and experience in relation to the role requirements.
- Phone Interview (approximately 30 minutes) - This initial conversation is designed to discuss your background, expectations, and answer any preliminary questions.
- Onsite Interview(s) (1 to 1.5 hours) - Conducted with the manager and an additional team member, this stage focuses on evaluating your knowledge and experience.
