Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our European Talent Acquisition team, based in Cherrywood, Co. Dublin. This role will support recruitment activity across multiple European jurisdictions and business lines, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues to deliver high-quality, compliant, and candidate-centric recruitment outcomes. This is a true end-to-end (360) recruitment role, combining strategic talent advisory responsibilities with hands-on operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Europe, from requisition intake through to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
  • Deliver recruitment solutions across a wide range of roles and seniority levels, including volume hiring and niche, specialist searches.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies, and provide expert market and talent advice.
  • Provide insights on labour market trends, talent availability, competitor activity, and compensation expectations across European markets.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals and talent mapping,.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication, structured interview processes, and timely feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within Workday or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage recruitment operations including approvals, offer management, background checks, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline health, using data to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between Talent Acquisition, HR, and Onboarding teams to deliver a smooth experience for candidates and Hiring Managers.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in in-house recruitment within banking, financial services, or a similarly regulated environment, or strong agency experience supporting financial services clients.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle (360) recruitment processes across multiple roles and stakeholders.
  • Experience recruiting across a broad range of seniority levels, from entry-level to senior and specialist positions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and advise Hiring Managers effectively.
  • Hands-on experience using Workday or another enterprise-level ATS, with a strong focus on data accuracy and process governance.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of candidate experience and the role recruitment plays in reinforcing organisational culture and values.

Desirable

  • Previous experience recruiting across multiple European countries or regions.
  • Banking or financial services recruitment experience across both business and corporate functions.
  • Exposure to recruitment analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting large-scale or transformation hiring programmes.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and hiring practices across Europe.
