Position Summary

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and customize recruitment efforts to meet those needs. • Review and analyze resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, managing communications throughout the recruitment process. • Extend offers, manage negotiations, and provide insights on market trends to ensure competitive offers. • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to report on hiring progress and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications: • 2-4 years of experience in IT recruiting, with demonstrated sourcing skills. • Proven success in recruiting for various IT roles, including software development, engineering, data science, and other technical positions. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates. • Familiarity with recruitment best practices, including diversity hiring and maintaining a positive candidate experience. • Ability to work effectively under tight timelines and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
