Nimble is looking for a dynamic Recruiter to help engage and hire top talent across multiple teams, with a focus primarily on engineering. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and engineering leaders to understand role requirements, proactively identify exceptional candidates, and grow strong talent pipelines. Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing and engagement, partnering with hiring managers to build a pipeline of qualified candidates, and collaboration with hiring leaders throughout the interview process.
