Recruiter – Medical Sales & Medical Affairs Location: Slovakia

IQVIA is seeking a Recruiter based in Slovakia to support recruitment activities across Medical Sales and Medical Affairs functions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

This role focuses on hands‑on recruitment delivery, supporting roles including Medical Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, MSLs, Medical Advisors, and Patient Access positions across multiple European countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full lifecycle recruitment for assigned medical sales and medical affairs roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain ATS data accurately and in compliance with local requirements.
  • Support the development of talent pipelines.
  • Liaise with external recruitment partners when required.
  • Ensure adherence to local recruitment legislation and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience recruiting in healthcare or life sciences is an advantage.
  • Exposure to commercial and/or medical roles.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Fluency in Slovak and other European languages is desired.
