Recruiter, Medical Sales & Medical Affairs

IQVIA is looking for a Recruiter based in the Czech Republic to support hiring across Medical Sales and Medical Affairs functions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

This is a delivery‑focused recruitment role supporting positions such as Medical Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, MSLs, Medical Advisors, and Patient Support roles across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for assigned roles.
• Work with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements.
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain ATS data in line with compliance requirements.
• Support pipeline development for ongoing hiring needs.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Czech labour legislation and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience within healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
• Exposure to medical sales and/or medical affairs roles.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Fluent English is required.
• Fluency Czech and other European languages is desired.
