The Opportunity

We’re expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Recruiter who will help shape the future of our Corporate Finance business. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders across our Investment Banking teams to attract and hire exceptional lateral talent.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from developing sourcing strategies and advising hiring teams, to ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, employer branding, and recruitment technology optimization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for lateral roles across Corporate Finance — from Analysts through Vice Presidents

  • Partner with hiring leaders to craft tailored recruiting strategies that attract top performers

  • Build consultative relationships with internal stakeholders, offering insights and guidance on hiring best practices

  • Manage up to 20 requisitions efficiently and with a focus on quality

  • Collaborate with coordinators to manage interview logistics for both virtual and in-person processes

  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system for seamless reporting and compliance

  • Drive direct sourcing efforts and strengthen internal talent pipelines

  • Participate in cross-functional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Houlihan Lokey’s professionalism and culture

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment or search firm

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering exceptional client service

  • Excellent relationship management skills with both clients and candidates

  • High comfort level with direct sourcing and the ability to engage currently employed candidates

  • Strong interviewing/assessment skills and ability to influence and close candidates in highly competitive situations

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for front office roles within Investment Banking, specifically M&A

  • Prior experience working in a search firm, combined with corporate experience

Compensation and Benefits

Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
