About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Recruiter to join our team to own the full life-cycle recruitment needs at Cents. This role will identify top talent, manage fast-moving searches, and deliver an excellent candidate experience while navigating and influencing your internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, a clear communicator and is comfortable driving the recruitment process all the way from proactive sourcing to negotiating offers. We’re intentionally open to a range of recruiting backgrounds. What matters most is that you know how to run a disciplined search, close strong candidates, and operate like an owner.
You Will:
- Manage and drive the full-cycle recruiting process, overseeing job postings, reviewing applications and managing candidates from initial screenings and assessments through final offer negotiation.
- Manage multiple searches at once with a sense of urgency, prioritizing effectively and anticipating roadblocks before they arise.
- Ensure hiring managers are presented with qualified candidate pools that offer a broad representation of experience and background.
- Provide hiring managers with tools and best practices to ensure consistent interview experience
- Maintain relationships with active and passive prospects.
- Foster strong relationships with business leaders and be an effective communicator who can influence leaders and work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and TA teammates to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and talent initiatives.

You have:
- 5+ years experience
- Experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
- Ability to think outside the box, problem solve & anticipate.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Based in the NYC area, with the ability to be in office 2-3 days a week (and when candidates are on-site). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
