About the role

A Recreation Attendant is responsible for assisting guests with recreational activities, maintaining facility areas, ensuring safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service. This role supports daily operations of recreational facilities such as pools, beaches, gyms, activity centers, kids’ clubs, sports courts, and resort leisure programs.

What you will do

Welcome guests courteously and assist them with activity information and facility usage.
Set up, organize, and oversee recreational activities such as games, sports, tours, and group events.
Engage guests by facilitating fun and safe participation in activities.
Assist in creating a positive and enjoyable guest experience.
Keep recreation areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

What you bring

Experience in resort recreation, guest activities, pool/beach operations, kids’ club, sports & fitness is preferred.

Friendly, outgoing, and able to interact confidently with guests of all ages.
Strong communication skills—able to explain activities, rules, and safety guidelines clearly.
