Salary Range: $15 - $15 Per Hour

Job Summary: About the position: Performs and/or assists other recreation assistants or management in the operations or maintenance of the bowling center, located at the Walmsley Bowling Center, 35th Force Support Squadron, Misawa AB Japan. This is a Flexible category position; guaranteed 0 hours per week but may work up to 40 hours per week depending on the needs of the facility. Military Spouse Preference is not lost if selected for this position.

Major Duties:

  • Assign lanes (open and league), rent shoes and lockers to patrons, sells merchandise from pro shop, operates cash register, rings up sales, receives money and makes change; Sets up for special events, activities, or parties; Posts announcements of scheduled activities and answers inquiries; Takes inventory of authorized recreation supplies and equipment; Assists in maintaining the inside and outside of the facility in a clean and neat manner; Helps with group activities which require more than one staff member. Performs other duties as assigned. May be required to work an uncommon tour of duty to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
