About the Role
North Tyneside Recovery Partnership (NTRP) is delivered by Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear NHS foundation trust and Waythrough as the Sub-Contractor since April 2025.
This is an all-age service supporting those who live in the North Tyneside area and are seeking support for alcohol and/or drug addiction. Service users can access a range of support options including but not limited to Psychosocial interventions to support with behaviour change delivered in both 1-1 and group settings
The service has an office base in the centre of Wallsend but we also have a strong outreach approach to meet the needs of service users, therefore, one of the key expectations for the role is flexibility to travel across the area.
What You’ll Do
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:
The successful candidate will have experience of supporting those in addiction to drugs and alcohol and will be familiar with delivering psychosocial interventions.
A working knowledge of safeguarding and good communication skills are also essential as well as experience of managing a caseload.
