Records Specialist, Global Regulatory Data & Records

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Records Specialist to join our Global Regulatory Affairs Data and Records team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting global regulatory activities by managing regulatory certificates, data reporting, and associated processes in a highly regulated and fast-evolving environment.

You will work closely with international and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely, and efficient handling of regulatory records and data, contributing directly to the successful registration and maintenance of our medicinal products and devices worldwide.

Your day at Ferring  

 Your primary objective in this role will be to ensure coordination and handling of regulatory certificates and statements for medicinal products and medical device registrations globally,  driving all process improvement related to records management and certificate handling.

Further responsibilities include: 

• Ordering of legalization according to order request
• Responsible for maintaining the certificate ordering tool and intranet site, the related process documents, and for process improvements
• Handling of invoices related to certificates and legalization
• XEVMPD/IDMP data reporting to European Medicines Agency
• Monitoring compliant submission of XEVMPD data
• Creation and maintenance of work instructions

You will be working in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment with colleagues and user community located throughout the global Ferring organisation.

In addition to a strong desire to learn the ropes of records management, we imagine you have: 

• Master’s degree within e.g. Life Sciences or Information Technology/Science
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, perhaps as a student worker or intern
• Experience in - or desire for - working in cross-functional and global environments
• A flexible, self-starting and responsible personality
• Flair for IT systems
• Fluency in English as well as good verbal and written communication skills are essential
