The Records Retention & Reporting Coordinator plays a vital, dual role in ensuring regulatory compliance and providing essential data infrastructure for our Federal Sales Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Organize, maintain, and store records in accordance with established policies and procedures
Scan and upload documents to create digital records
Maintain accurate records of file changes and access
Process and digitally file incoming and outgoing correspondence
Develop and implement records retention schedules and policies
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements for record retention
Manage the lifecycle of records, including creation, storage, retrieval, and destruction
Compile and prepare reports on records management activities
May audit record-keeping practices and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree OR pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with an anticipated graduation date during or before June 2026
Experience: Demonstrated success in a role requiring high-level organization, process management, and strict attention to detail
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently and professionally with internal business teams
Technical Acumen: Demonstrated competency with office tools (e.g., MS Office Suite and Google Suite)
Mindset: Highly organized, structured, and process-oriented with a strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Target Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 USD
