As Record to Report Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership of core accounting and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely insights that support confident decision-making. Leading a high-performing R2R team, you will partner closely with Marketing and senior leaders, drive continuous process improvement, and strengthen financial governance across reporting, balance sheet control, and statutory requirements—making a real, visible impact on how the business performs and grows.


 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Record to Report operations, ensuring accurate financial statements, compliant accounting treatments, and timely period-end close

  • Manage end-to-end accounting processes covering fixed assets, cash, inventory, costing, and balance sheet governance

  • Ensure robust financial reporting integrity across actuals, forecasts, budgets, and latest estimates

  • Own balance sheet reconciliation governance, acting as BlackLine super user and enforcing control quality and risk classification

  • Manage statutory, audit, and tax reporting requirements, partnering with auditors and internal governance stakeholders

  • Oversee financial systems and reporting tools, including SAP, IBI, and FCRS, driving automation and data integrity

  • Deliver high-quality accounting analysis and reporting to support leadership, regulatory, and business decision-making

Essential Requirements

  • Strong background in financial accounting, including balance sheet management, statutory reporting, and accounting controls

  • Proven experience leading Record to Report processes across period-end close, forecasting, and financial reporting activities

  • Solid knowledge of audit, tax, and regulatory reporting requirements within a controlled finance environment

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise financial systems, including SAP and financial reporting or reconciliation tools

  • Demonstrated people leadership capability, with experience developing, coaching, and managing finance teams

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality financial insights to senior stakeholders
