We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, team‑focused Reconditioning Manager to help guide our used‑vehicle reconditioning process. This role plays a key part in ensuring our pre‑owned inventory is presented at its best. You’ll work closely with Service, Parts, and Sales to support smooth operations, informed decision‑making, and an outstanding customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Support the flow of vehicles through the reconditioning process, ensuring information, communication, and coordination stay on track.
  • Work closely with Service and Parts teams to keep reconditioning moving efficiently.
  • Partner with the Sales team to provide insight that supports pricing discussions and appraisal evaluations.
  • Help maintain the appearance and readiness of front‑line inventory.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and safety‑minded work environment.
  • Follow manufacturer and dealership guidelines to support consistent operations.


Qualifications

  • Previous automotive dealership experience, especially in used‑car service or reconditioning, is helpful.
  • Experience with CDK is a plus.
  • Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including both automatic and manual transmissions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
