Job Description
The purpose of this position is to reconcile daily and/or monthly portfolio holdings, market value and reporting activities for Institutional clients. Perform daily research and clearance of reconciliation items, including trading issues, pay down, term loan, corporate actions, dividend re investment, security mapping .Review and resolve problems for the assigned portfolios and communicate with various internal & external departments as needed.Key Responsibilities
Reconcile daily and/or monthly portfolio holdings, market value and reporting activities for Institutional Clients. Perform daily research and clearance of reconciliation items, including trading issues, pay down, Term loan, corporate actions, dividend re investment, Security Mapping. Review and resolve problems for the assigned portfolios and communicate with various internal & external departments as needed. Provide coverage for operational processing activity across other Investment Operations teams during peak periods
Ensure procedures and controls are followed to prevent errors and delays. Provide quality service and information to partners/clients.Provide information and answer questions for audits and risk assessments i.e. from external and internal audit and risk functions.
Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Attend huddles, team meetings, trainings and coaching.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant experience.
