Position Purpose:

Act as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers, and customers by providing accurate information and responding to phone and in-person inquiries. This role manages front desk operations, supports administrative tasks, and ensures the reception area remains organized and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.

  • Provide accurate information to callers and visitors.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Prepare and deliver letters, documents, and internal correspondence as required.

  • Maintain visitor logs and reception records manually or electronically.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.

  • Provide administrative support and assist other departments when required.

  • Maintain awareness of staff movements within the organization when necessary.

  • Ensure the reception area remains organized, professional, and compliant with workplace standards.

  • Perform other duties assigned to the role.

Knowledge:

  • High school diploma required; college studies are an advantage.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.

  • Knowledge of administrative and office procedures.

  • Proficiency in computers and relevant office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Customer service–oriented with a professional demeanor.

  • Reliable, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.

  • Must be amenable to working onsite at our Zepto, Zona 13 site (Avenida Hincapié 7-23 Zona 13, Edificio Zepto).
