Position Purpose:
Act as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers, and customers by providing accurate information and responding to phone and in-person inquiries. This role manages front desk operations, supports administrative tasks, and ensures the reception area remains organized and professional.
Key Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Provide accurate information to callers and visitors.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Prepare and deliver letters, documents, and internal correspondence as required.
Maintain visitor logs and reception records manually or electronically.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.
Provide administrative support and assist other departments when required.
Maintain awareness of staff movements within the organization when necessary.
Ensure the reception area remains organized, professional, and compliant with workplace standards.
Perform other duties assigned to the role.

Knowledge:
High school diploma required; college studies are an advantage.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
Knowledge of administrative and office procedures.
Proficiency in computers and relevant office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service–oriented with a professional demeanor.
Reliable, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Must be amenable to working onsite at our Zepto, Zona 13 site (Avenida Hincapié 7-23 Zona 13, Edificio Zepto).
