The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors to the Burlington office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role focuses on in-person reception duties and general office support. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive and organized office atmosphere.

This is an onsite role with some flexibility in our Burlington office, hours are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST​

Responsibilities:

  • Reception & Visitor Management (50%)
  • Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure visitor sign-in procedures are followed and liaise with security as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Coordinate external visitor lists and prepare for meetings or events.
  • Office Administration & Support (50%)
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
  • Assist with coordinating onsite meetings, and social events.
  • · Maintain contact with building property services and manage work orders.
  • Assist with expense processing and invoice management.
  • Ensure cleanliness of common areas (e.g., loading dishwasher, watering plants).
  • Assist with other advisor offices as needed

Qualifications:

  • College education preferred.
  • Minimum two years of administrative or office support experience with focus in financial services.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Office 365.
  • Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Salary range is expected to be between

$42,075.00 CAD - $70,125.00 CAD
