Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a Receptionist / Lobby Ambassador who will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. You will be an important part of the daily operations, ensuring that both clients and colleagues experience a well-organized and welcoming environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests and visitors with a warm, professional approach, ensuring a consistently high front-of-house experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and residents, responding to enquiries and resolving requests efficiently.
  • Manage guest check-in processes, including registration, badge issuance, and communication of safety procedures.
  • Maintain a well-presented, organised, and inviting reception area at all times.
  • Ensure full front desk coverage during business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Coordinate administrative activities such as meeting room bookings, taxi arrangements, and event inductions.
  • Liaise with couriers and external service providers to ensure smooth deliveries and services.
  • Support the Facilities team with general administrative tasks and collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless handovers and a strong “One Team” culture.

  • Fluency in both spoken and written Czech and English.
  • A strong customer-service mindset with a natural ability to make people feel welcome.
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks while staying organised and calm under pressure.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and act with good judgement.
  • A professional, trustworthy approach with a high level of discretion.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and enjoyment of working as part of a team.
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage daily responsibilities effectively.
  • Comfort using standard office systems and openness to learning new tools and processes.
